BioResidence is much more than just an overnight stay in the Jizera Mountains, it is a spa hotel for the spirit and the body, located in the atmospheric, restored interiors of the oldest house in Świeradów-Zdrój.
Simple, healthy, environmentally friendly.
The house (1,700 sqm in total) is built of stone and wood. All the plasters in the building are environmentally friendly and breathable, and the wooden elements are impregnated with natural oils only. The interiors of BioResidence will delight lovers of elegant minimalism, they are spacious and functional. The sophisticated simplicity of the apartments and the cafe decoration is underlined by old ceiling beams, fireplaces, original sandstone and wood floors, and antique furniture. This German manor house dates back to 1765. The house, which today attracts people from all over the world who are longing for peace and natural surroundings, has been thoroughly and lovingly restored by the Szymocha brothers.

Room
Once a barn - today a 160-metre space with a wooden floor, stage and a good sound system. It is perfect for all kinds of development workshops: yoga, meditation, dance, open air, concert and others.

Cuisine
Only meat-free and mostly organic cuisine. Although BioResidence offers full board only for groups of more than 15 people, you can easily have a vegetarian/vegan breakfast there.

Cafe Wolna
It attracts you with dozens of scents of freshly ground coffee and aromatic teas. Here, you will enjoy RAW sweets, vegan, gluten-free and traditional, and in the summer - local organic ice cream.
