Miniature Park of Lower Silesian Monuments in Kowary. Lower Silesia is one of those places on Earth which you love to return to as often as possible with your thoughts or your body. The region boasts magnificent architectural works from different eras. Here, we can experience palaces, castles, churches and manors of fascinating beauty. If we set out to see everything in reality, we would have to spend many weeks, maybe even months! However, there is help in the small town of Kowary, 7 kilometres away from Karpacz, where we can see most of the admirable monuments of this region. The Miniature Park of Lower Silesian Monuments, located on the premises of the no longer existing Carpet Factory, gives us an opportunity to experience a wonderful, unforgettable journey in one day. It focuses on the diversity of architecture. The miniatures are perfectly made by model makers who graduated from the School of Artistic Crafts in Jelenia Góra. Each of the models is made in the scale ration of 1:25 - thanks to that all the monuments can be compared with each other. Having entered the Park, you can immediately join a group with an animator. The guide will explain each monument and make you familiar with the fascinating history of the buildings, curiosities and legends.
We invite everyone who wants to learn about the history of Lower Silesia. This place is a delight to both the youngest and the older ones. The park can inspire you to start your journey through the monuments of the region- you can take a look at which of the 60 buildings you are most interested in and, on this basis, create a further plan of your trip. If you have already visited Lower Silesia, a visit to our Park will allow you to look at the monuments you have visited from a completely new, fresh perspective. Right at the entrance to our Park, there is one of our latest exhibitions. These are miniatures, which had their premiere in early 2018. Especially for you, we have prepared a miniature center of the town of Karpacz - the Church of the Sacred Heart of Jesus in Karpacz, the Court Tavern ‘BACHUS’ and the Church of the Visitation of the Blessed Virgin Mary.
Opening hours and sightseeing

The Miniatures Park of Lower Silesian Monuments can be visited daily between 9:00 am to 4:00 pm.
The guided tour takes about 45 minutes. There are no fixed hours for the guided tours for individual visitors. Each of you has a chance to see the small works of art at a convenient pace.
