Dziki Słoik is a small manufacture, located in the Kaczawskie Mountains, in a small village surrounded by forests and meadows. It is run by Małgorzata and Łukasz, who started with bees and a course in herbal medicine. They were fascinated by the simplicity and harmony of life in nature and out of this fascination the gradually started to make preserves from wild herbs and fruits collected by themselves. On their farm they also have a wandering apiary which provides them with honey and bee products, which they mix with herbs and fruits. Early medieval cuisine is also part of their passion, and they have decided to share it with others by running cooking workshops. Dziki Słoik offers honeys and bee products, herbs, ointments, preserves from wild plants, workshops on early medieval cuisine. Visits to the farm and cooking workshops by appointment.
