Skansen Piekarniczy (the Living Museum of Bakery). While visiting the village of Podgórzyn, on holiday or just driving by, it is worthwhile to visit the Living Museum of Bakery and taste the traditionally baked bread, made according to several hundred-year old, carefully guarded recipes, and from the best ingredients. Old wood-fired ovens are used in baking - this is one of the reasons why the bread has such a unique aroma. The whole process line can be visited, free bread and cake baking classes are offered to the guests of the apartments, who can enjoy them in a pleasant atmosphere and using original antique equipment and ovens. Bread and cakes produced in this museum are very popular across the region. There is a shop on site, and visits and workshops are possible by appointment.
